The Meeting SDK app is not an option to create when I try to build the app

Problem Getting Meeting SDK credentials:

I followed the steps on the link [Meeting SDK - Developer Accounts] to create a Meeting SDK app and get the credentials but when I choose Build App it automatically creates a General app I do not see the options to select the Meeting SDK. I watch the video tutorial at [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fMIXcLlBwZ0]
and once again I confirmed I do not the options. Would you please guide me how I would create a Meeting SDK for Web and get the credentials please?

On General App, under the embed tab, turn on Meeting SDK

Your credentials are your Client ID and Client Secret on the top left corner
