I received this message while calling Video API

/v2/videosdk/sessions/hczBV6sUTJ6%252FG2EGHUFnuA%253D%253D/events

I received this:

“message”: “This API is not available for this account, please contact zoom support.”
}

I have not found anywhere on the dashboard how to enable it.

I have been calling other Video APIs and it is available for me.

Hey @i.vetrau are you trying to invite users to the session with the API?
In that case you’ll need the Conference Room Connector add-on plan.

  • You must have a Conference Room Connector add-on plan to invite users to the session using a room system callout.
