TIMELINE creation criteria

Can I get some clarification for the criteria of the creation of a TIMELINE file alongside a cloud recording?

According to the documentation for Get meeting recordings:

To get a timeline file, the “Add a timestamp to the recording” setting must be enabled in the recording settings.

However, my testing is not showing this to be the case. Regardless of whether “Add a timestamp to the recording” is enabled or not, I am only seeing a TIMELINE file generated when “Create audio transcript” is enabled.

Is this an error in the documentation or am I missing some other setting for this? Thanks!

In case it’s helpful for the Zoom folks, here are some sample meetings that I tested with:

We would like to investigate if this is a bug. Can you please open a ticket with our developer support and provide them with with the ids within the last 10 days so that they could investigate this further?

I haven’t had a chance to do this yet, but I will. Posting here to keep the thread alive.
