having hard times submitting my marketplace app because of the webhook url, the url is valid, but say invalid, but when ever I change the domain with a ngrok domain it works, please I need help, this is my domain pulse.commsmessenger .com

Can you confirm that you are implementing webhook URL validation on your end?
Ngrok is a known domain and hence validations are bypassed, but you have to make sure you are implementing this on your end
