Hi, I contacted our customer support rep. who recommend me post this here.
We have Zoom users who choose funny pictures and do not want to have that synced with their Outlook profile picture via the Zoom Outlook Plugin.
Would it be possible to have an option in Zoom or the admin portal to turn this feature off? We use the Zoom Outlook Plugin for meetings so we still need it, but would like an option for users to not have it sync their profile picture.
Alternatives: We haven’t had success in Outlook Web Access modifying the picture
