Using "who_will_receive_summary" error

Hi I’m trying to use “who_will_receive_summary”.

Unfortunately the only way I can see it in the JSON payload is if
“auto_start_meeting_summary”: true,

Is there a way to see “who_will_receive_summary” if the “auto_start_meeting_summary”: false,
