Video SDK subsessions

Hi
I am trying to incorporate subsessions(breakout rooms) into my video sdk web app. I followed the steps in the official documentation and after i call the “assignUserToSubsession” method, i get a timeout error as shown below.

type: “OPERATION_TIMEOUT”

i cant seem to figure out the cause and nature of the error. Can someone please help me understand the cause and the soulution?

Could you provide the context on using the assignUserToSubsession method? A few code snippets may help us troubleshoot this issue.

Or since the subsession is a complex module of the Video SDK Web, could you take a look at our sample app? it may help you with the usage of the subsession.
