We would like to increase the token_index value of our Server-To-Server OAuth applications.

Is there any information needed? We made a support request but got an email asking us to post here instead because

We would like to have 3 tokens for each OAuth application (development, qa, staging, and production), so does that mean requesting the index count to 3 will suffice?
