Zoom API domain after vanity URL application

I ask about zoom API domain after vanity URL application.
I know that We can use the domain “https://api.zoom.us/v2/” before application.
After vanity URL application, can we still use the domain “https://api.zoom.us/v2/”?
Or, use only vanity URL?

(Please excuse my poor English.)

After validation, you should be able to use both vanity URL and api.zoom.us
