Hello all,
Another of our IT teams is working with collecting call, message data from Zoom users. They have been doing that for quite some time now and everything was fine.
Now it seems like they are not able to receive the data as API is receiving the following error:
“Your user account is not allowed meeting hosting and scheduling capabilities.”
And they only provided us the Client ID of this user:
Client ID: 530_LAcOTPaCptsiaAUkxg
I believe that this user was created quite some time ago by other colleagues which do not work with us anymore.
So now I am at a loss as to how to find a user with this Client ID, so I could update the permissions for this user.
I have never had any experience with Zoom APIs so any help would be greatly appreciated.
