Zoom App Home URL unreachable in zoom marketplace

We are facing issue with our home url, It is showing url unreachable message in zoom marketplace as below

We have added all required OWSAP headers from the docs, see below

But still showing the Home URL unreachable message, We already raised an ticket earlier for the same issue but didn’t got any response(Zoom app's home url showing unreachable).

Please help us to fix this issue as we are going live. Please consider it on high priority.

I did find a lag when I changed my osasp headers?
