Zoom Gov API help

Description
Using the zoom gov market place to test API’s and the JWT token generated from within the market place app is not working. The user used to create the JWT app is the owner of the zoom gov account.

Thanks for reaching out about this. In addition to having Zoom for Gov, does your account have the Dashboard functionality enabled (can you access the dashboard from your Zoom account in the web portal)? And do you have a Zoom Rooms package?

  • Account ID
  • User ID or Email of the JWT App Owner
  • A copy of the full API request and response
