Hi! Video sdk Participants are not visible in the canvas.

How are you attempting to render the video of the participants to the canvas? If you haven’t already, please refer the ‘render participant videos’ in this part of our documentation and see if it helps at all.

Hi i am using the react-js example app that video sdk provided, there is also same problem.
video SDK 1.5.5
User able to see only one video at a time even through stream.
attached screen shot of the images , please check .
from My device i am able to see self and other video. But from customer is only seeing his video.
Checked shredBuffer is enabled and cross originIsolated is also true
