2 Instances of Zoom API Connector after upgrade, one deprecated

Hi

When doing Zoom API Connector version upgrade for a Polycom Room, in Zoom admin portal I navigate to Room Management > Cisco/Polycom Rooms > API connectors.
Originally there was 1 item in the list of API connectors, when I press on it I see some data and there was only 1 instance.

After the upgrade version for Windows was released, I run the executable on the Windows server. After that the list still consisted of 1 item but when opened it displays “Instances (2)”. It has 1 connection.

The new instance is:
Connector Version: 5.8.8
Runner Version: 6.0.1
Active: True

The old instance is:
Connector Version: 5.8.8
Runner Version: 5.8.4
Active: False

Public and Private IPs, Hostname, OS, Memory Usage are identical.

In the UI the item in the list of Zoom API connectors is displayed with a warning sign.
Can someone please help with the following:
1 - How do I get rid of the deprecated Zoom API connector instance which is not active?
2 - How should I proceed with such upgrades in the future?
