A Verification Token is not generated with deauthorization event notification

Description
I am testing the deauthorization endpoint and is expecting the Verification Token for security but not receiving any.

Error
My API checks for the verification token for validation, and because it is not returning the key it’s preventing the reauthorization event process.

Which App Type (OAuth / Chatbot / JWT / Webhook)?
OAuth

The document indicates:

Note: A Verification Token for Deauthorization events is generated only after a valid Deauthorization Notification Endpoint URL has been added.

My testing endpoint was added in the production settings.

Nevermind, I thought this was part of the webhook but it was from the header.
