Ability to assign permissions to admins to set up call pickup groups outside of 'All Other features'

I would like to be able to assign permissions to various admins so they can set up group call pickups with out having to grant them the access to the ‘All other Features’ role. It is my belief that the permissions ‘All other Features’ grants is far too extensive for my team members in first line support.

I have reviewed the available roles and we, as a company, aren’t happy with how much is labelled via the ‘All Other Features’ role as I believe the permissions to create group call pickups is accessed under this role. So we would like the permissions to create the group call pickups to be available outside of the All Other Features role.
