If I limit the access of the owner of this custom app to only specific call queue, would they be able to get the call logs only for the queue that they have admin permissions?
Hi @sayed.kazemi it is best to test this and confirm. Give them the Admin role and make sure they have the phone settings enabled for the permissions they need. Assign them to a specific call queue. Have the app with the proper scope needed. Make a call to the endpoint for their call queue and one they should not have access to.
Do this with a test user account before deploying to the actual user you have in mind.
