Ability to Assign Unlisted Licenses to Users With API

The API documentation does not include the Zoom_IQ and ZOOM_ONE_BUNDLE licenses. We would like to be able to assign these licenses to users VIA the API. Both options seem to be excluded from SCIM as well.
