Ability to control notifications to alternative hosts

Overview
The Zoom API allows for alternative hosts to be added programmatically to meetings. This enables multiple people from a company to be able to become a host (in the event the host is unavailable to start a meeting).

At this time, all alternative hosts, upon scheduling the meeting will receive an email notification. This request is to see if there is a way to suppress these email notifications as these notifications can just become clutter in the meeting attendees inboxes.

Current API endpoints in use:
Create meeting - https://marketplace.zoom.us/docs/api-reference/zoom-api/meetings/meetingcreate
Update meeting - https://marketplace.zoom.us/docs/api-reference/zoom-api/meetings/meetingupdate

Suggested Enhancement:
Add API parameter to allow API user to turn on/off notifications.
