Hello,
we have integrated Meeting SDK in our web system, but teachers are not able to load their own backgrounds. Goiung to Settings → Backgound, the “plus” icon to upload personalized background it is disabled.
If I enter the meeting via native Zoom web access, it is indeed possible to load customized background.
Is it anytrhing we may be missing?
