I have been using Skype and 3rd party software Call Recorder to record complete separate files from both sides of the interview. I then download files into Premiere Pro to edit. I like Zoom much better than Skype and want to switch, BUT I need to be able to have a complete recording of both sides in order to edit the final video. I need to be able to manipulate each file separately in the edit to switch between full screen interviewer, full screen interviewee, and split screen. Is that possible with Zoom? My account executive didn’t seem to think so.

I can do this but I edit in post with Premiere CC. Here is a sample that is embedded on the page:
I have been trying to have two full screens of recording, even if I do from separate computers to limit the magnification of each person in post.
