Is it possible to (programmatically) stop attendee’s video without disabling it? That means user is still able to turn his video on again by himself.
On the other hand, is it possible to enable attendee’s video (allow user to turn his video on by himself) without sending the message “The host has asked you to start your video.” to the attendee?

Since the Zoom client does not have this behavior so the Zoom SDK does not have this as well. Hope this helps. Thanks!
