Thank you for pointing this out, and you raise a great point. Our team will consider adding this—in the meantime, you might also consider using the GMT offset to designate the appropriate time as well. See this post here:

Hey @adamwang, Thanks for your feedback. We will consider adding this. In the meantime you can calculate the offset on your end if the Z is including in the start_time for example. That means it is in GMT time. Then you can use a method like JavaScripts getTimezoneOffset(). Thanks, Tommy
