Access and reresh tokens lost

Upon authorizing Zoom within our system, one of our users successfully authorized Zoom but their access token and refresh token credentials were somehow lost. Is there a way to retrieve these tokens to properly store in our system or revoke Zoom for the user? We tried revoking access, but we need the access token in order to do that though.

Hi @quinton.gilliard , unfortunately we can’t easily recover that access/refresh token pair. The best thing to do would be to prompt the user to reauthorize from the start by sending them the install URL.
