Access Zoom Room Recording Files via API

Description
The Zoom Room API does not appear to have a way to interact with cloud-based recordings. Attempting to list them using a normal script for users shows no recordings.

What is the easiest way to programmatically list, download, and potentially delete cloud-based recordings from a Zoom Room, considering this is possible with normal users/accounts?

I believe we do not have an endpoint available that you could query to get Zoom Rooms recording
