Accessing all users' chat history + Files with Account Level App

I’d like to be able to access all users’ chat history and shared files with Account Level Oauth App to be able to scan message content for DLP violations.

I see that the List User’s Chat messages API requires user-managed Oauth - which I understand to mean that I would need each user to individually sign in to use my app in order to be able to scan their messages.

I also see that I can log in and view chat history of all users using the Admin console.

Is it possible to get this via the API using account level Oauth:

  1. API and Webhook access to chat message content.

  2. Retrieve files shared in a one on one or channel chat

Currently this is not possible, however we are releasing Account Level Chat APIs in the coming months.
