Accessing attendee emails for Zoom meetings

We’re currently using the Zoom API to automatically create coaching sessions between our coaches and our members, and are working on a feature to automatically track which members have attended these sessions.

However, we’ve noticed that these members’ email addresses are not being captured anywhere that we can see; only our coaches (who are the meeting hosts) are.

For example, this screenshot from the past meetings detail page in the Zoom Dashboard shows an email address for Dai, the meeting’s host, but not for Jackson, Traudi, or any other participant

Is there any setting we can change to ensure that the participants’ email addresses are captured and visible in the Dashboard and through the API?

Does the meeting have registration required or enforce sign in? If this is not the case, then if a person joins the meeting without signing in to the zoom app, the email address field will be empty.
