When using dual monitors, Zoom forces the meeting controls onto the first screen while the second screen only displays my video. My setup is not uncommon, a primary touchscreen and a second large monitor. I want to be able to control the meeting from the small touchscreen whilst viewing remote participants on the large second monitor.
This is also the typical use case for a user with a large screen plugged into a laptop - the remote participants need to be visible on the large monitor, not the small laptop screen, whether it is a touchscreen or not.
Simple solutions;
-
Allow meeting controls to be shown on either or both screens, just like the taskbar display option in Windows or the launcher in Ubuntu.
-
Allow meeting controls to display in a floating window, like the screen sharing controls, which can be moved to either display.
