Hello Zoom Developer Team,
I’d like to request a new feature for the Zoom Mail API.
Currently, the API provides useful endpoints to manage users, messages, and related resources. However, there is no option to remotely manage email signatures for users.
It would be very helpful if the API could include an endpoint such as:

POST /mail/users/{userId}/signature– to add or update a user’s email signature -
GET /mail/users/{userId}/signature– to retrieve the current signature
This would allow third-party platforms (like Bybrand, which focuses on email signature management at scale) to integrate with Zoom Mail and manage signatures for many users in an automated way.
Use Case Example:

A company with 100+ employees using Zoom Mail wants to keep a consistent email signature across all accounts (with updated branding, disclaimers, or marketing campaigns).

Instead of updating each user manually, IT admins could use the API to push changes to all users at once.
This functionality would bring Zoom Mail closer in line with other professional email providers and make it more attractive for business environments where branding consistency and automation are essential.
Is this something that could be considered for the roadmap?
