Our tech team is testing on auto-create method to add user as our account is now on Business plan.
We are having issue with one user email which we previously tried to add in zoom and after that we deleted his account as we were not getting activation email on that account.
The email id is: therapist.jen@electronic-therapy.net

We should not get this error as user we have already deleted and this email does not exist in zoom.
