Auto-create user Email issue

Description
Our tech team is testing on auto-create method to add user as our account is now on Business plan.

We are having issue with one user email which we previously tried to add in zoom and after that we deleted his account as we were not getting activation email on that account.

The email id is: therapist.jen@electronic-therapy.net

Error

We should not get this error as user we have already deleted and this email does not exist in zoom.

I see that user is not in fact deleted and is currently active. It looks like they have created their own seperate free account with that email.

Thanks for your reply. I am just curious to know that this user does not show in our zoom admin portal anywhere and we deleted him manually from portal. Still user exists? What zoom does when we delete user from front end admin panel (Click on user management - Pending tab - delete button).

What most likely happened is you deleted the user, and then the person signed up with Zoom using that email.
