I would like to implement the Admob banners in the zoom SDK just above the meeting controls but could not find any type of documentations for the UI customization.

Since AdMob is not a Zoom product, this is unfortunately not something we are able to assist with. Keep in mind that a custom UI implementation allows you to have complete control over the appearance and behavior of your app’s in-meeting UI. As a result, anything not interacting directly with the SDK is outside of the scope of what we are able to support.
