Hi Gianni,

We’re able to push meeting transcripts to our ATS through the API when using an admin role, but it doesn’t work for standard user roles.
We can’t make everyone an admin since that would give access to other users’ recordings and transcripts, which raises privacy concerns.

Can you please check if this is a permission-level or API access control issue on your side?
If there are any configuration changes or role-based settings we need to modify to enable this for non-admin users, please let us know.
