Although I have deleted some of the event subscriptions, I am still getting notifications. I tried disabling it, but I also got notifications.
Which App Type (OAuth / Chatbot / JWT / Webhook)?

Have you uninstalled the OAuth App that is subscribed to the events? If you have more than 1 app installed on your account, make sure you’ve checked that your endpoint isn’t still designated on another app you might be unaware of.
You can uninstall your apps from both production and development from this page:
