Any way to get a webhook when participant starts video?

I have been unable to find a way to receive webhooks when a participant starts video. However, I can get them when screen sharing is started. Is there any way to track (in real time) when a user starts video using the API/Webhooks?

While it’s a great suggestion, we don’t currently have a webhook event for this action.
