We are searching for a solution to implement automatic speech time-limit for participants of Zoom Webinar.
We are searching for an API which somehow will help us to control participant Mute/Unmute status from our code.

Hi @surguladze18 this is not currently possible via API, instead it would need to be managed by one of our Client SDKs.
I’ll add this to our #feature-requests.

P.S. this should be done on a Zoom Webinar, which requires preliminary registration.
Also we are interested in a fucntion of Transfering attendess to panelists and panelists to attendees feature.
