Hello,

We are experiencing a connection issue with one of our music classes on our website, which is integrated with the Zoom API for our online lessons. Initially, we encountered error 500. We are facing an error message, which advises us to contact Zoom customer support for assistance. Can you assist us in resolving this issue?

This looks like you are try to create user using the custCreate API. This API is only available for ISV customers.
