Our LMS provider mentioned that there is an issue with the API from Zoom, which works intermittently—sometimes it functions well, and other times it does not. This inconsistency is causing disruptions in our operations, and we would greatly appreciate your expertise in diagnosing and resolving this matter.

creating a new session was being rejected, the error message displayed is the same as the one in the attached image.
