Yes we am not able to list down group Admin as we are working with a saas tool which will give comprehensive data of your zoom account.

Provide API to List down group Administrators Or include group Admins as well in Group Members API with an isAdmin flag.
Describe alternatives you’ve considered
Not able to do any alternative workaround to solve this problem.
