Unable to register a user directly in Zoom Events using API, as is done in meetings and webinars

I want an API to register any user in Zoom Events, similar to what is provided for meetings and webinars. Alternatively, you can provide the IDs of the webinars or meetings within the events in the ‘Get events details’ API, so that I can register the user directly for the webinar or meeting
