In my participants view window, is there a way to add a colored frame around the video images of some participants only? For example, Suzanna and Samantha would have a hollow red square around their pics, but Tom and Tim would have a blue one while all other participants wouldn’t any. This has to be visible by all participants.

This would not be supported by the default Zoom UI, but it is certainly possible for you to implement this behavior through a custom meeting UI.
