Our company is retiring a product that we have a Zoom plug in app for. I followed some documentation from Zoom (title: Removing and Unpublishing Apps) to remove the app from Zoom marketplace, and waited about 2 months, but the app is still published. I submitted our request to remove the app on October 2nd.
I chatted with zoom support to see if they could assist, but they instructed me to make a forum post here to receive the proper help. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
To provide as much context as I can:
Our company is retiring the product associated with the published Zoom app
We provided notice to our customers ahead of the product retirement
The software will be completely retired 12/31/2024
We want the app completely removed so that all users within, and outside, our organization can no longer search for or install the app from Zoom marketplace
I’m just looking for someone to help me get the app removed completely.

The documentation you linked, is exactly the one I followed. I attempted to follow the steps to “remove” the app, but it doesn’t seem to have completed successfully.
Do you know what could be causing the issue? I emailed integration.testers@zoom.us on October 2nd, but haven’t received any update since then.
