Attendance information not getting passed from Zoom to SuccessFactors LMS

We have built an app in Zoom Marketplace to integrate Zoom with SuccessFactors LMS.

When we create the class in SuccessFactors LMS the Zoom meeting URL are generated, and the host is able to run the Zoom session from LMS, however the attendance data is not passing from Zoom to SuccessFactors LMS.

We are not sure what settings we are missing to fix this issue.

Can someone please guide us what possibly we could have missed?
