Audio Freezes during class since the start of April

Hi,
I am a blogger. I am having online classes for my students to learn through this platform in this difficult time of COVID-19. it was working well for some time, but from the start of April, during class audio freezes and this happens every 1/3rd meeting. I have to stop the lecture and then restarts to continue it. This is the only way i have found out to counter this problem.

Please help me solve this problem as it spoils the flow of the lecture.
