Need help on zoom

Hi,
I am a dentist and I and a professor. I am teaching my students through this platform because of COVID-19. At the start, it was working well, but now whenever I am taking a class my video and audio freezes. I have to restart the whole lecture again to get it work. What can be the problem is, Can anyone guide me?
