Avoid CRC for Event Subscriptions for the Cloud Platform which send default response

Hi Zoom Developer Team,

We want to enable Event subscriptions to the cloud platform (Workato) web hooks, which gives default response { “status”: “ok” } with HTTP Status code 200 for all requests.

Since Zoom expects CRC in response, we are not able to validate URL and save it. Please let us know what is the alternative if we don’t have option to reply with CRC.
