Unexpectedly received an email stating 'Event Subscription Disabled' in Zoom Phone Webhook

We have not made any changes to the Zoom App, our application code or secret, and as far as we can see from the logs, the application is returning a 200 code with a token for the url validation request.
And when I look at the marketplace app admin page, the URL is shown as valid.

Is the Event Subscription in our app disabled?
and if so, how do we reactivate the Event Subscription?

It seems that Event Subscription has been disabled after all.
