BAA agreement for HIPAA compliance

If I’m building an app using the Video SDK can my company still have a BAA agreement with Zoom to show that we are HIPAA compliant? I saw that there is a zoom healthcare option that has a BAA agreement for HIPAA but didn’t see anything for using the VideoSDK. thanks
