I’m looking for an API call (or calls) that retrieves the last time a user was active using his/her account, which means the last time a user joined a meeting. Is this possible? Preferably for all users in an account so we can create an overview of active users in our own dashboards.

We have a few APIs that you can take a look at:
Get sign In / sign out activity report
Active / Inactive hosts report
We do not have an API that tells whether a user attended a meeting or not, except for the meeting participants API. But I would consider using this webhook, to know everytime the user status changes: https://marketplace.zoom.us/docs/api-reference/zoom-api/events/#operation/user.presence_status_updated
