I’m new to the Zoom development tools and I’m wondering what the best way to display a customized message to each meeting participant is. I’d like to somehow periodically display customized messages (e.g. a different message per user) to meeting participants throughout a meeting with a Zoom app that is installed on the hosts account. Is this possible? I’d like these messages to ideally to pop as a window, but they could also just simply be a direct message from the host’s app to each meeting participant as well. I also would like them to show up in breakout rooms.
Could anyone provide any direction about what could work?

Generally, the way we see developers implement this use case is to leverage the Zoom Team Chat Rest APIs. This approach gives you the option to send messages to all participants in a meeting or directly to specific participants. You can also listen to webhooks, allowing you to respond when certain messages or actions are triggered within the Team Chat during the meeting. I’ve linked the Zoom Team Chat rest API below:
