Hi, We are struggling with zoom meeting schedule for the recruitment team. Because they schedule more than 80+ meetings at a time for different interviewers within same time slot from the same organizer. Unlike bluejeans, Zoom doesn’t have the option to support concurrent session from the same organizer this is affecting our teams’ productivity. Schedule privilege function is the only workaround, but this needs lots of time and effort to setup because each organizer needs to reach out more than 200+ Interviewers to get their schedule privilege access.
Is there a better option? Or How are your bigger clients supporting this kind of scenario?
